Frequently asked questions

When will my order be delivered?

Order on a weekday before 10 PM and your parcel is on its way tomorrow. You always receive a track and trace link by email as soon as the parcel is handed over to the courier.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery within Australia costs $9.95. Spend $79 or more and we cover the delivery costs, so delivery is completely free.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you have 30 days to change your mind from the moment your order is delivered. Register your return via your account or send us an email and you will receive a returns label.

How do I know which size to choose?

For every product with sizes you will find sizing advice in the description. Measure your dog or cat following the tips, and if you are unsure between two sizes, choose the larger one.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay securely with the major credit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay. All payments go through a secure connection.

How does the Snuffle Club work?

The Snuffle Club is our free membership programme. You automatically earn points with every order, get access to member offers and your pet receives a birthday gift.
