Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with Snuffle Pets.

Article 1: Definitions

Snuffle Pets: the online shop for dog and cat accessories, reachable at hello@snufflepets.com. Customer: any natural person who places an order.

Article 2: Applicability

These terms apply to every offer and every agreement between Snuffle Pets and the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Article 3: Prices and offers

All prices are in pounds and include VAT. Obvious mistakes or errors in an offer are not binding on Snuffle Pets.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is made via the payment methods offered at checkout. The order is processed once payment has been received.

Article 5: Delivery

Ordered on a weekday before 10 PM means on its way the next day. Stated delivery times are indicative; exceeding them gives no right to compensation.

Article 6: Right of withdrawal

The customer has 30 days to change their mind from receipt of the order. Returns can be made using the returns label; the purchase amount is refunded within 5 business days of receipt.

Article 7: Guarantee and complaints

The statutory guarantee applies to all products. Complaints are handled within 5 business days via hello@snufflepets.com.

Article 8: Applicable law

All agreements are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court.
