Order on a weekday before 10 PM and your parcel is on its way tomorrow. You always receive a track and trace link, so you know exactly when the courier will arrive.

Returns

Not entirely happy, or has your four-legged friend other ideas? You have 30 days to change your mind from the moment of delivery. Returning is easy:

  • Register your return via your account or by email
  • You receive a returns label straight away
  • Once we receive it, we refund the amount within 5 business days
